Return or Refund Process

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• You must have proof of purchase.

• Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. 
   

How to initiate a return:

• Contact us via email at info@thistreasure.com. 

• Include your order number and the item number(s) you wish to return. 

• We will respond within 24 to 48 hours to assist you with your return. 

• If you are returning an item(s) due to defect or error on our part, we will gladly pay the return postage. Otherwise, we cannot pay return postage, but we can still issue you a refund for the cost of the item once it is returned.
   

Return Options:

• Full Refund: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchange: You can exchange the item (if available).
